Scope of works:
- Construction and equiping of business building according to the „turn-key model“, total
- surface P = 6,615.90 m2, basement+ground floor+3 floors in skeleton RC- system with internal communication RC-unit;
- Three TV studios;
- Radio studio;
- Facade: structural, far-wall;
- Electrical instalaltions: system of uninterrupted power supply of entire building, systems of access control, IT-systems, video surveillance, decorative facade illumination;
- Fully automated fire-protection system;
- Central heating and cooling system;
- Complete water supply and sewerage installations;
- Interior decoration and furniture;
- Works on tiling in stone and concrete raster tiles on the square around the building;
- Construction of internal communications and parking space.
