The construction officially begins on September 1, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The Government of the Republic of Srpska adopted the investment decision for the HPP Dabar of total value of 352 million BAM. Besides the HPP Dabar, the tunnel is precondition for the construction of three more power plants.<\/p>\n<p>70 m of access tunnel Stra\u017eevica is excavated from total length of 650 m. One quarter of money will be supplied by Subsidiary Company \u201cHPPs on the Trebi\u0161njica\u201d jsc Trebinje and the rest will be financed with loan.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Gordan Mi\u0161elji\u0107, director of Subsidiary Company \u201cHPPs on the Trebi\u0161njica\u201d jsc Trebinje states that they have a fair number of loan offers at this moment and that the tunnel construction will be financed by their own money.<br \/>Mr. Mi\u0161elji\u0107 confirmed that the remaining unsolved property-legal relations in the expropriation area for future accumulation of HPP Dabar do not effect on construction.<\/p>\n<p>According to the investment decision of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, the construction of HPP Dabar will last 54 months.<br \/>With its production and production on downstream power plants, the electric power system of the Republic of Srpska should bring new more than 510 gigawatt hours of energy.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is the main structure within the system of \u201cGornji horizonti\u201d.
